Torksey Fort Playground
Torksey Fort Playground
Located on the village green in the village of Torksey is this wooden playground constructed in the style of a medieval castle. The fort features wooden climbing towers with different ladders and nets to climb inside, a drawbridge, wobbly bridges, slide, climbing slope and climbing wall, nest swing, standing see-saw and much more!
The playground is securely enclosed with a wooden fence with gates, and located in the middle of a large field / village green. There is also a large pond and different seating areas and picnic benches. The playground is open from dawn until dusk.
Torksey is a small village. Please be mindful and respectful of local residents and park responsibly. Please take your litter home with you.

Directions
The playground is not signposted, so heading north off the A156 through Torksey, turn right down a narrow lane just after the Hume Arms pub. A small sign on the red brick wall directs you down the lane towards Torksey Village Green and the doctors surgery.
